Description
The foam retains its full flexibility and regular material structure even when partially deformed, and additionally exhibits extremely high soundproofing. The foam hardens under the influence of moisture in the air.
Method of use:
- The surface must be clean, free from grease and dirt. Dampen the substrate generously with water before applying the foam, use the product upside down and the can should be at room temperature
- Before starting work, shake the can vigorously about 30 times, screw on the gun and adjust the (gun) nozzle
- Fill the cavity from below in a zigzag motion (wall to wall), filling it only partially (approx. 70 %) and leaving space for the foam to expand. One layer of foam should be no thicker than 3 cm fill deeper gaps in layers. Once fully cured, remove excess foam with a sharp knife and protect from UV light e.g. with silicone, plaster
The gun should be cleaned using a cleaner (solution available in our offer Foam Cleaner STINGER)
Usage
- Sealing when installing wooden and aluminum elements exposed to large fluctuations in temperature and humidity, e.g. in wooden houses and frame structures
- Sealing, soundproofing and filling elements exposed to vibrations and mechanical pressure, i.e. steps of stairs, partition walls
- Thermal insulation of water, sewage and central heating systems
- Filling gaps in thermal insulation when insulating buildings, with particular emphasis on elements susceptible to deflection and deformation
