Description
The foam retains its full flexibility and regular material structure even when partially deformed and additionally exhibits extremely high soundproofing.
The foam hardens when exposed to moisture in the air.
Method of use:
- The surface must be clean, free of grease and dirt
- Dampen the substrate generously with water before applying the foam, use upside down
- The can should be at room temperature
- Shake the can vigorously about 30 times before starting work
- Screw on the gun and adjust the nozzle
- Fill the working space from the bottom in a zigzag motion (from wall to wall), filling it only partially (approx. 70%) and leaving room for the expanding foam
- Jhe foam layer should not be thicker than 3 cm.
- Once fully cured, remove excess foam with a sharp knife and protect from UV light e.g. with silicone, plaster
- Clean the gun and the hose with a cleaner (available in our offer: Foam Cleaner STINGER)
Usage
- Sealing when installing wooden and aluminum elements exposed to large fluctuations in temperature and humidity, e.g. in wooden houses and frame structures
- Sealing, soundproofing and filling elements exposed to vibrations and mechanical pressure, i.e. steps of stairs, partition walls
- Thermal insulation of water, sewage and central heating systems
- Filling gaps in thermal insulation when insulating buildings, with particular emphasis on elements susceptible to deflection and deformation
